style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se brindan de manera personal, a personas mayores de edad, cuando se vive alg\u00fan tipo de violencia al interior de su familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El CEMAIV act\u00faa a trav\u00e9s del equipo multidisciplinario, conformado por el \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica, psicol\u00f3gica y Trabajo Social, para brindar la atenci\u00f3n necesaria, con Ia finalidad de prevenir, atender y erradicar la violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica se radica la denuncia correspondiente, con la asignaci\u00f3n de un n\u00famero de expediente, para despu\u00e9s girarse el oficio al \u00e1rea de Trabajo Social, quienes realizan una visita para corroborar los hechos que se denuncian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a lo que resulte de la visita, se lleva a cabo una audiencia en la que se le hace saber a la persona generadora de violencia las consecuencias de su actuar.<br \/>\nA trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Psicolog\u00eda se hace el acompa\u00f1amiento para atender tanto al generador como al receptor de violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se da el seguimiento
